What a great location. Rooms have been refurbished. Excellent taste and so clean. They have an ice machine, washing machine and microwave in the laundry. Easy access and the ice machine was always full! Parking is secure and easy to access. The RSL club is across the road. Meals at the club are top notch. I had the Thai curry prawns three times!! I had room service a few times. Unbelievably fast and again terrific food and at a reasonable price. The ladies at reception are very helpful and can't do enough to hep you out. Everything in walking distance and the Zoo is worth a visit. Book a cart online and recommed the morning session in summer as it is cooler. I give my Dubbo stay 5 out of 5.

Did not have any breakfasts. New Year Public Holiday period, coffee shop etc closed. I used the Club opposite the motel for a main meal each day. Restaurants are closed in country towns usually at these times for lack of staff. I chose the RSL Club knowing some food services and bars would be available in a Club.

They are in the middle of renovating rooms and I was lucky enough to get a room that was that recently finished I could smell the new paint. The room was great, very comfortable, well appointed. Power point with USB charging built in on the bedside tables. Shower was amazing, the choice of rain shower, normal or misty was great!

Great location, across from the RSL which provide great meals! Staff were very friendly and accommodating, rooms were clean and modern, fantastic shower and bathroom.

Nice new room claen everything we needed. Quiet little to no sound from other guests, especially from the hall early leavers can be painful.

The receptionist Gail was very informative, friendly and 10/10 customer service. We are no relation at all. We were there for a wedding and this accommodation was the perfect spot for EVERYTHING!! Hair and make up across the road, room service was beyond exceptional and the food came from the club across the road. We are from the Gold Coast and we cannot stop bragging about the food. We sunk into our bed and slept like babies. Location Location Location.. safe and quiet and close to everything we needed. Thank u so much

Breakfast was bacon and eggs with toast, fruit and coffee/tea. Hot and cooked well. The serve of fruit was over priced- prepacked little container such as can be bought in multipacks at supermarket- so I wouldn't buy again at $4 for a single serve. Brewed coffee was excellent. Overall all fair value for money especially being in room service.

Location was great with the RSL Club across the road for meals and drinks. Hotel breakfast was good, scrambled eggs just right and delivered to room on time. Room is a good size, bathroom clean and well maintained.
